Not gonna lie, at first me & this thing had major beef. I watched all the videos provided & they weren’t too helpful. But after I started playing around with it & watching TikTok’s (these were so much more helpful) I finally started to get the hang of it. It’s such a great tool to have for literally anything. Weddings, birthdays, personalized gifts, & the list goes on. If you’re on the fence like I was to buy it, this is your sign to just buy it!

It’s nice! I’ve always wanted one and finally bought it while on sale. The set up has been getting on my nerves so I’ve abandoned it for now. Overall though, it is nice.

The program you need to use your cricut machine is horrible. You'll waste too much time and supplies on wrong cuts, misprints, misaligned cuts, etc. than you'll spend on this machine. Do not buy cricut unless it's just for hobby use. As a business owner I need to consistently make and cute stickers, magnets, etc. and cricut is insanely unreliable. I have had this (my second) machine for only 8 months, and my other cricut for almost 2 years, and both are terrible because the cricut app is buggy and never works right. I'm regretting buying two machines, and will hopefully return this one while it's still under warranty. Save yourself, look for any other machine other than cricut.

So I have had my cricut for about a week and have been increasingly frustrated with this device. I must have calibrated this thing 10 times before contacting customer support. So I was told that I am not the issue and that they have been getting calls. The software to this machine is off because they were doing a software upgrade to make the grid larger. My calibration is about a couple centimeters off to the left of the calibration box provided. So now I know that it is not me, but this delays my business even further and I am quite upset about this. Customer service gave me another link to work around this, but this also means that I have to download ANOTHER program (picmonkey.com) just to see if this would work. If I cannot get this device to work properly, I am going to have to return this and get my money back as well as look at another sticker cutting machine in order to get my products out. So please tell people before they buy this product that there is a software issue that cricut is trying to resolve. This cost money and time. And if this continues, you will have more unhappy and unsatisfied customers. Thank you for your time.
