Was so excited about these, but they don’t burn very well. It took a lot to get enough wax for a seal. I had to relight the wick several times, which meant the wax was cooling before I had enough to work with. Could just be the metallic style, but it definitely didn’t work very well. It would be fine to do a few seals with, but I wouldn’t recommend these for more than one or two at a time.

I absolutely love this color of wax! It is soft blue and matches both my white and brown envelopes. It is not as easy to melt in proportions as the wax little cubes but I still would buy it again simply because the color is awesome. It doesn’t turn black or ashy when you light the wick either. It keeps its blue hue and cools on paper quickly, like as soon as you lift the stamp seal so it is not easy to get burned!

I used this for greeting card envelopes and it turned out really well. Bright, vibrant color. Easy to hear up and apply.

I have yet to use a shimmery wax but I have used the regular colors to seal greeting card envelopes and christmas card envelopes and it looks really cool. Would be easier with the spoon pourer which would make the same proportions every time.

These worked great to seal my wedding invitations. The sticks didn’t last quite as many envelopes as advertised, though.
