This is this best Bible pen ever made. It is important they haven't sat on a shelf for an excessive amount of time before you buy them and and there's no real tangible way to know. They are such good Bible pens, I am willing  to take a chance they are not dry. 
 After you invest in these pens, it's critical to snap the lids on tight when done.  I love these pens. If I were guaranteed a fresh batch, I would spend $100.00 every four mouths.  Such is life - it's a gamble!
