Bought this tree to replace my daughter’s 20 year old unlighted tree. Hoped she would appreciate not having to string the lights as she usually did! We’re a bit disappointed in the size and the material used for half the branches and needles. The description called this a “full” tree, but I think it’s a slender tree, and half of the branches are a flat plastic. I am in the middle of fluffing the branches now, and think I may need to wrap a garland around the trunk stem to fill in the interior. I’ve made a collar to cover the unattractive feet and lower area. Also there were no instructions with the remote so I had to research how to use the settings to avoid the strobe flashing. I bought this at the pre-Thanksgiving price, which was still a little more than I intended to spend. It was only available on line and looked like the perfect tree for us. If I had seen it live, I would not have chosen it. I’ve since seen others more the look I wanted at a lower price than I paid. I’m sure it will improve when it is decorated.

The needles and cones on the tree could have been more realistic looking.  Both are plastic and look that way.  The cones are pine not fir.  The tree was not available in the stores.   If we could have seen it at the store, we might not have purchased it.  The pictures of the needles and cones on the website looked more real than seen in person .   We love the lights and all the different light settings.   Our favorite is that the lights can automatically change from colored to white.   There were no instructions for the remote, so don’t know how to set the timer.

There was no remote control as the description stated so I called costumer service
and was told I would have to return the tree and would receive a replacement.
Michaels handled this return and second shipment. However, I have received 
the second tree, and there is no remote with it either. This tree will go back also.

Love this tree. It’s very realistic looking. There were gaps but after much TLC with fluffing each branch it filled in nicely. I personally don’t like a lot of gaps, so I used a similar garland and wrapped that around the base.
