This 100% natural cotton canvas is pre-stretched over paulownia stretcher bars and triple primed with acid free acrylic primer. The visual edge canvas is stapled on the back so that the artist can include the canvas sides in the artwork, thus alleviating the need for an expensive frame. The medium texture and uniform weave readily accept oil, acrylic and alkyd paints.
