I bought 5 of these totes, in different colors, for a fun, cheap tote painting activity with my girls! 

The totes lack a bit of integrity so we laid a piece of cardboard flat on the bottom to support it. As shown in the pictures, these totes are a little thin/see-through. On the black however, it's less noticeable!

Despite the previous comment, I believe this tote is definitely 5 stars worthy. For the cheap price, which gets knocked down even more after promotions, this tote is insanely great value. My friends and I are very happy with the result and had fun painting these totes!

I bought many of these as gift bags.
Yes the material is thin but for $2 what do you expect ?
The blue is a great color and not really see through
I added a strip of black corrugated plastic to the bottom of the tote, approximately 13.5 " x  4" so that it would have more body.
I bought a tool called Coro Claw to more easily cut the plastic sheets which you can buy from Michaels

I bought 4 of these tote bags for gifting purpose. I used acrylic paint to write names and add designs on it. They were so cute and my friends loves the personalized touch.

My 8-12 year old students decorated them with embroidery, buttons and paint.  The bags worked well!  Very lightweight.  Bold colors.

Fine for the price, but the photos make the material look much sturdier than it actually is. I purchased white and you can see right through the material. Wrinkles very easily, a few strings sticking out and some stitching is uneven, though I only noticed because I was trying to line up an iron on design.
