I bought these hangers (from the app) based on photos and the description provided on the website. However, the product I received was different from what is shown here. The photos show hangers with pre-inserted plastic fasteners and the description says: "No more fussing with nails! Comes with pre-inserted fasteners so you can tap into a wall without having to hold the nail!" What I received was basic hangers with separate nails. When I went to the store to return or exchange, I found that the product on this page didn't exist. Even the employee was confused as the item numbers were the same." Disappointed and makes me question what I'm ordering versus what will I receive from now on.
