Does the trick for getting straight, even ribbons, although the cutting edge is dull rather than sharp so cutting fondant isn't as clean as with my usual tools.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I got it - game changer! I’d you ever cut fondant into strips you NEED THIS!

This was easy to use and cut the fondant fairly well.  I would have given it a 5 rating if it had been easier to get the rings off and on.  I pushed the button release, however, I had to pull really hard to get the roller off.
