I absolutely love this product. I had an art instructor 15 years ago when I was first learning who wouldn't use any brand but Golden and he taught us about not only the acrylics but glazing liquids, mediums, etc. I stumbled onto the Self Leveling Clear gel by accident when I saw it being used inside of picture frames that had the glass. It was so relaxing to use the gel and add various colors of paint and then tip the frame or just leave and come back later and see what happened. Once dried I would hang the finished "picture frame" art in a window and enjoyed then so much. Now I use it on canvases and it's my favorite type of art, even over abstract or realistic. Give it a try, search the internet for ideas on how to use it, and I have a hunch you'll never be able to leave it alone.
