These frames are generally well made (only a few may be defective), and are perfect for my small watercolor originals. I buy them in every color!

I opened the box and could not believe what I saw! The frames are somewhat cute, although cheaply made. I didn't expect high quality for the price, but if they hadn't been damaged they would have worked fine.  One was scratched up, one was OK, and one was completely demolished! There was a crumpled up piece of brown paper in the box. The frames were just thrown in without being individually wrapped at all. Did they really expect them to arrive in good shape? There was nothing to keep them from bouncing off of each other in shipment. What kind of shipping department operates like that? Now I have to make a trip to the store to return them and I will have to hand out the photos to family without frames. I don't have time to order more. DON'T BUY! Others have complained as well about arriving damaged..

They were sent in a bag poorly wrapped in packing foam and 3 of the 6 I bought were broken.  They should have been sent in a box, not a bag with minimal protection.
