No frills; just plug it in and in about one minute, it’s good to go. I liked that I could buy the low temperature option (there was a high temp one for sale too), because this will get used in a school art room. I feel like while it’s hot, it won’t burn the kids if they touch the glue by accident- but it’s still strong enough to glue fabric, cardboard and popsicle sticks; exactly what I was looking for. The small size is also better for smaller hands.

This glue gun is affordable and does the job, only draw back is that the glue dispenses a little too fast. I do like that the gun comes in different colors

Great product for my daughter's art project!

I love this way better than the larger ones, for I have more control over where my hot glue goes. It’s affordable and works great! Definitely recommend for anyone who crochets.
