I received a set of 35 Pentel colored pens + 5 highlighters in a neat blue case (which unfortunately they have discontinued, it seems) when I was a child. It was one of the best gifts I have received, and I'm flabbergasted that they still work! The highlighters have dried out, but the felt tip pens are still going strong!

I've had a set of these fabulous markers since I was a kid, and they're still going strong.  Not sure how they do it, but they are amazing.  Just bought a set for my 6 year old cousin and he's drawing up a storm :)

I was gifted a set of these markers in 1984 for a "going away to college" gift.  Yesterday, I just finished writing 45 postcards encouraging people to vote.  I decorated them with these same magic markers.  THEY STILL WORK WELL AFTER 44 YEARS!  That is amazing!!!!

I’ve been using these pens all of my life, and they’ve never let me down. They have real staying power and don’t bleed through pages easily. My first experience with them was during college for use with my Wynn/Kapit Anatomy Coloring Book (textbook!) and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. I can’t say enough good things about these pens. You get what you pay for, and these are worth every penny.
