This frame is really pretty.  However, it arrived damaged (the four sides of the frame were apart - the glass was intact).  I chatted with Michaels and they sent a replacement frame.  The next one arrived the same way!  Michaels was great to work with and after i sent pic they refunded my money without me having to return it.  So customer service was great, but this frame was not.

I ordered four of these frames. Two that were packed together, broke immediately upon opening them. One of these broke apart completely, cutting my finger and the other had a big chunk of wood missing from the frame. I didn’t even open the second box, but when I got back to the store to return the other two, the salesperson helping me with my return opened the box and both of the other frames broke apart entirely as well. These were terrible construction and I was extremely disappointed. Do not buy!!!

I was trying to find photo frames to match the ones I had bought at Michael’s in the store. They weren’t the same These frames were not well made and fell apart in the box they were shipped in.  I will be returning them
