Purchased six frames, all six arrived with cracked corners, one arrived with shattered glass all over the inside if the flimsy box. These were packed without any protective padding or bubble wrap. Had to go to the store and get replacements. Terrible shipping, terrible service.

The double mat frame is excellent. There is spacing from the first and second mat to give the picture more depth. The back of the frame easily unclips and very easy to insert your picture. I'd suggest to clean both sides of the glass before putting your picture with mount back into the frame since these are not clean when you purchase it. Overall it is a nice, solid frame. Purchased online and picked it up in store for the discount.
