I have bought several colors of the gel. After storing for a while, it turns very watery, like a liquid instead of a gel. There is no way to use it then.

Its very sticky and doesn't taste as good as I'd like but it definitely did what I wanted. It added that pop of color and sparkle and isn't too runny. Very easy to use.

I loved the size and how easy it was to use. I was able to write legible #' s on small cakes. It is a gel and doesn't harden when refrigerated, so keep the tube with you if you want to transport your creation.

I didn't actually use this.  I was worried that this glitter might not dry.  I checked the wilton website and it doesn't.  What good is that?  How can you wrap up cookies? It says for cookies but might just be okay for cupcakes.

The white gel is beautiful (if you're ok with it not hardening), but I was shocked that the label on the back began flaking off into little pieces the very first time I used the gel. Will not buy again because I don't want to have to pick plastic flakes out of my desserts.

It was ok hard to get out of tube. Not sure if I'd buy it again

Though the gold glitter gel looked good as the unicorn horn, it stated sticky and prevented the ability to stack cookies for packaging and displaying on the platter. I would not use it again. I guess I should have known that something labeled gel would not dry or harden completely.

Used to decorate cutout cookies. Takes a long time for product to dry or even become tacky to the touch. It did however add a metallic look to the monogrammed cookies.
