Cast off knitwise (WS).
Tassels: (With Color 1, make 9. With Color 2, make 8). Wrap yarn around a 3" [7.5 cm] piece of cardboard 20 times. Tie securely at one end. Cut across other end. Wrap yarn 6 times around tassel ½" [1.25 cm] from tied end and fasten securely. Attach Tassels as shown in photo.
