Pour some pink Isomelts™ in a silicone bowl and some yellow Isomelts™ into another silicone bowl.

Step 2:

Begin melting the Isomelts™ in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and bubbling.

TIP: Reheat Isomelts™ again if they begin to cool and thicken before you pour them.

Step 3:

Pour the melted Isomelts™ into your butterfly molds.

TIP: Create a multicolor butterfly by pouring both colors into one mold. If needed, use a toothpick to spread the melted Isomelts™ out.

Step 4:

Allow the Isomelts™ to cool in the butterfly mold for a few minutes. Release them from the mold before they cool completely. While they are still flexible, slightly bend the wings to give them some movement.

Step 5:

For the butterflies to sit on the rim of the glass, you will need to create a hook out of Isomelts™. Create the hook by pouring a small circle of melted Isomelts™ onto the silicone mat. As it cools it will become malleable. Before it cools completely, lift it from the mat and fold the circle over the rim of the glass so that it takes the shape.

Step 6:

Dip a toothpick into melted Isomelts™ and dab it on the underside of the butterfly and attach the hook to the butterfly.

Step 7:

Pour your desired beverage into the glass and carefully hang the butterfly off the rim of the glass.

TIP: Allow extra melted Isomelts™ to cool in the silicone bowls then release it from the bowl and store it back in the pouch or an airtight container at room temperature and save for another project. Melted Isomelts™ are very hot. Always wear heat-proof gloves and use microwave safe cups (e.g. silicone).
