Step 2:

Download the designs you would like to use for your stickers.

Step 3:

Now, open Cricut® Design Space™ and open a new project. Click on the "˜Upload' in the left side panel, click "˜Upload Image' and the browse for the design on your computer; then upload into the upload image gallery. Repeat for all sticker designs you would like to make.

Step 4:

Choose the designs in the upload image gallery and click "˜Add to Canvas' in the lower right corner.

Step 5:

To create an outline around a design, select the design and click "˜Offset' in the tool bar across the top. Slide the bar to choose the size of the outline and click "˜Apply'.

TIP: For the shown stickers, the wider borders were set at 0.083 and the tighter borders were set at 0.05.

Step 6:

You may need to contour out any spaces within the outline. To do this, select the outline shape and click "˜Contour" in the lower right corner. Click on the spaces inside the shape to "hide" then "X" out of the action box.

Step 7:

For a white outline, choose the outline and click the box to the right of the "Operation" dropdown box in the tool bar across the top. Choose the white box and click out of the box to close.

Step 8:

Now, select both your outline shape and your design and click "˜Flatten' in the lower right corner.

TIP: This changes your design to a "˜Print then Cut' operation.

Step 9:

Repeat Steps 5-8 for each design then size as desired for your stickers.

Step 10:

Click "˜Make It' in the upper right corner and then click "˜Continue' in the lower right corner of the next screen.

TIP: You will notice a thick black box has been added around your stickers on the preview screen. This was added by Cricut® Design Space™ so your machine will know where to cut.

Step 11:

Click "˜Send to Printer'. In the dialog box, choose your printer from the dropdown box, uncheck "˜Add bleed' and if you want to see the printer dialog box before you print, click "Use System Dialog".

TIP: The printer dialog box may be hidden behind the Cricut® window on your screen. Just minimize the Cricut® window(s) and follow prompts to print the designs from your printer.

Step 12:

Place your printed sticker paper, grid-side down, onto your cutting mat and load it into your Cricut® machine. Select which sticker paper type you are using as your material and follow the prompts to cut out your design.

TIP: Your machine will "read" the black box that was added by Cricut® Design Space™ around your sticker designs before it starts to cut.

Step 13:

If you want each sticker to be cut from the sticker paper rather than just a "kiss cut", click the forward arrow on your machine again and allow your machine to run another cut pass around your designs. Depending on the printable sticker paper type (white, clear and or vinyl), you may need to do this a third time.

TIP: To make your stickers more durable, let the ink dry for about 24 hours then, in a well-ventilated area, spray them with a clear gloss sealer. Let dry and spray again. Let dry.
