Trace and cut out three triangles, one size per shade green felt.
TIP: You will need one small tree from one shade of green, one medium tree from another shade of green and one large tree from the third shade of green.

Layer the three triangles on top of one another with the smallest on top. Snip a small hole with the tip of your scissor through all three layers and thread a small piece of a chenille pipe cleaner through the hole. Make a loop and twist the ends to secure.
TIP: The chenille pipe cleaner will hold the trees together as well as act as a hanger for your ornament.

Decorate the felt tree with gems and set aside.

ADULT: Punch a small hole through the top of the wood letter.

Paint the initial letter red and let dry.

Add some glue to your red initial and sprinkle with red glitter. Let dry.

Now, thread a jump ring through the wood letter and the chenille pipe cleaner loop, then add on a charm. Close the jump ring.
TIP: To open and close a jump ring, simply grasp the jump ring on both sides with chain nose pliers and twist the ring open, from side-to-side. Never pull the jump ring which can cause distortion.

Tie a holiday ribbon onto the chenille pipe cleaner loop and make a bow.
