GAUGE: 14 sts x 22 rows = 4" in pattern; save time and check your gauge

PATTERN NOTES: Carry unused color loosely on the wrong side of the cowl. Do not cut yarn between stripes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

With A, cast on 175 sts. Place marker and join to work in the rnd, being careful not to twist sts.

Rnd 1: With A, purl.

Rnd 2: With A, *k1, slip 1 wyif; rep from * to last st, k1.

Rnd 3: With A, *slip 1 wyif, k1; rep from * to last st, slip 1 wyif.

Rnd 4: With B, *k1, slip 1 wyif; rep from * to last st, k1.

Rnd 5: With B, *slip 1 wyif, k1; rep from * to last st, slip 1 wyif.

Repeat Rows 2-5, until cowl measures 10", ending with Rnd 4.

Next Rnd: With B, purl.

Bind off all sts.

Finishing: Weave in ends. Lightly block.
