Open the plastic button and remove the blue insert. Discard.

Trace the edges of the plastic button onto a piece of construction paper and cut out circle to create the head.

Draw the facial features and hair onto the front of the circle.

Trace cape pattern onto construction paper and cut out.

Draw lines onto the cape and outline the edges with a black marker.

Trace mask onto construction paper and cut out.

#@#

Trace the outside edges of the mask with a black marker.

Trace the word bubble shapes onto construction paper and cut out.

Trace the outside edges with a red marker and write "Super" in one bubble and "Dad!" in the other with black marker.

Place the face inside the button and re-attach the back.

Glue the cape to the back side of the button so that the lines are facing the front. Let dry.

Glue the word bubbles to the front of the cape. Let dry.

Glue the mask to the front of the plastic button so that it lines up with the eyes on the face. Let dry.
