Choose a foam heart color for the fish. Lay the heart on the table with the point facing to the left.

Choose 2 glitter heart stickers: one for the lips and one for the tail. Peel off half of the backing of the stickers and adhere the one for the tail and the one for the lips in place.

Choose 3 smaller hearts, peel off the backing, and stick them onto the center of the fish for gills.

Choose a wiggle eye and glue it in place towards the top of the fish's face.
