Dot Markers
That are great for kids! Make sure you have thick paper the ink will run if they hold it in the same spot too long. My kiddos at my center loved using them to decorate. The parts that ran came up with a wipe.

I bought these markers to use with my adaptive education classes. They stained the wooden tables and the students hands even after washing with soap and water (can’t even imagine their clothes). I had to scrub the tables vigorously with a magic eraser but still left a stain. They red tones left the worse marks.

I bought these for my two year old who is now three for occupational therapy. She practices taking the caps off and stamping the colors. They’re vibrant and we haven’t had any issues with drying. They don’t say ultra washable so I treat them as such and thus have no issues. I think they’re a great value.

Does not work well for young children
My 3 y/o daughter uses a different brand of dot markers (not sure which off hand) at school and loves them, so my wife and I bought these for her for Christmas. They dry up between uses (yes, we put the tops back on) and even if she just sets one down for a couple of minutes while she uses a different color. It takes my wife or I about 30 seconds per marker to get them ready to use again where they will leave a large, filled-in dot as intended.

It comes out not a dot shape. Maybe broken high lighter ish.... The ink comes out just a little bit. You have to push really hard to get the color.
