Warning: only good for paper and cardboard
I needed to sink 26 thumbtacks into some simple wood planks to hold a thin piece of nylon webbing in place. Every other one doubled up or the top broke off even with just the tap of the hammer. These are very low quality. They’re perfectly fine for corkboard, cardboard, and the like but if you want to use a thumbtack on wood you need to get furniture tacks.

These thumb tacks seem to lack the strength of others I've purchased here. When pressed into a pine wood walking staff, they continually bent when lightly tapped with a tack hammer. I eventually *pre-drilled* the holes 1/16 of an inch to finish that project.

Thumbtacs!!!
This product was exactly what I needed. Could not use nails, Could not use Push Pins, and Tape or Glue just were not the answer. This was the best possible solution to my problem!

Perfect for what I needed
It's a pretty straight-forward product. I used them to make a collage with a cork board I had also purchased at Michael's. They worked great.

Hot glued some jewels on for my daughter's bulletin board. They're pretty standard thumbtacks and do the job.

I have purchased cheaper thumb tacks in the past which didn't hold up to additional use.
This product has strength for my use now and in the future. Great deal for the price.
