Use this bright paint to embellish your creative fabric projects. Simply insert cardboard between layers of fabric, shake well, then apply coats of paint using a brush, sponge, or stamp. Dry flat for 24 hours.

Not worth a dollar!
I made a BAD mistake buying this because it was on closeout for a dollar a tube. Very thin/transparent, after multiple layers still too transparent and leathery finish. YUCK!
