Good Brayer
Good Brayer for the price. I don't use it for stamping but for varnishing glue.

Works like it is supposed to
I was a little skeptical using the brayer, just because it has the Recollections brand name and thought it might be a cheap version of a Speedball brayer. I used this as my brayer for my gelli plate and it performed exactly what I needed. I actually like how sturdy it felt in my hand. The only thing I had to do though is once I was through with the brayer, I really needed to soak it to get the paint that gets stuck up into the plastic cover area out, but on the other hand that plastic cover kept the paint from spattering when I was brayering, so it's a winner for me that the mess was confined to the brayer cover.

Good for Gel Printing
I used this brayer for gel printing. It is adequate. The only real problem is that the way it is designed it is hard to lay it down without it moving to rest on the roller. If there is paint left on the roller this makes a mess on the work surface. Other than that, it laid the paint down smoothly and evenly.
