I needed 2 of these for a school project. My instructor wanted a back on it to mount a photo, this DOES NOT have a back. I also wanted it to be in black, but could only find it in white.

Just what I needed!
This pre-cut single mat was just what I needed to complete my portrait wall. It was easy find in my Hickory store. As usual there was a friendly face to offer help at the framing counter. This mat has clean lines and color.

Opening dimensions are actually smaller than shown
The mat is a good quality mat but the photo opening dimensions are actually not 5" x 7". They are more like 4 1/2" x 6 1/2". That was disappointing to me because I'm creating cross-stitch border patterns to fit the 5" x 7" dimension stated on the label online. Now I have to redesign them for a smaller size.

Great Value
Pre-cut mat saved me time and money versus going to a framing store. We already had a print and frame, but wanted to mat it to match other prints we had hanging in our new addition. Looks great!

nice mats!
Love the mats! Found them in the clearance section, after not finding any precut mats in the frame section. Good for me that I got a great deal, but will be disappointed when I look for more if you are closing them out!
