Back Doesn’t Stay On
This would be a nice frame, except the back doesn’t stay on. The brackets on one side of the frame don’t fit in the slot to hold it on. There was also a chip in one corner that had been shoddily repaired with a chalky material that flaked off.

Lovely frame
I bought a 9x12 frame, which is well-made and the correct size. However, if you look at the photo, you can see that it would be easier to hang this horizontally than vertically. The hangers line up lengthwise, but not width wise. To hang this vertically, the nails cannot be lined up; one must be a little lower than the other. Otherwise, I would have given this frame five stars.

Just perfect for my project
So glad I ordered online for store pickup. I wanted it for a wedding gift project. The frame was in perfect condition, not manhandled in the store. Wish I could post a photo of the finished product. Oh well.

Matted and framed a wedding invitation
I had a wedding invitation matted and framed at the Aaron Brothers kiosk at Michaels in Everett, Washington. A young woman named Bailey, who was kind, knowledgeable and artistic assisted me. I was a little late to do the custom framing but we were able to select a frame in house and then they professionally matted and assembled the project. It turned out even better than I thought it would! I always do this as a wedding gift and I think this project turned out better than all the others I have ever done.
But honestly, this young woman was so kind and genuinely cared about the project and in the day of on line shopping I really appreciated her customer service!!

Very good for the price
These frames are really nice considering the price. We'll built, nicely finished. I use them to frame canvas paintings. I have purchased over a dozen of them. Unfortunately, 1 of the frames is 1/16th inch short so the canvas won't fit. That would be no problem if you are mounting a picture. But it doesn't work in my case.

Perfect for my wall!
