You're new to the skills necessary to complete this project, or maybe you've tried them just once or twice before.
Step 1
Hold the cork in place and with the X-ACTO® knife in the center of the top side, begin to make a hole by cutting while rotating the cork. 
Step 2
Cut a section or a succulent head off the stem with a floral wire cutter. 
Step 3
Place a dab of hot glue into the hole cut in Step 1 and push the cut succulent into the hot glue. Hold in place until the glue cools. 
Step 4
Hot glue one or two magnets to the back of the cork.
 
TIP: For a little larger succulent, hot glue a magnet directly to the back.
