Tombow Portrait Dual Brush Pens is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but expensive The portrait colors are pinks and skin colors as expected. I like the Tombow pens. Was not happy at the $26.99 price, though. I had a 20% off coupon and $10 in rewards but still ended up paying $18 for them. I don’t understand how the coupons and rewards work and when I went to the counter, the clerk had to ring up the order before they knew the discount. There should be a simpler way to apply coupons and it should be clear when they do and don’t apply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very useful. This is my first time to use a product like this. The dual pen set met my expectations, even as a novice. I am also learning more about the paper surfaces that are most effective.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible waste of money These pens are horrible quality, so disappointed in this purchase ! And they were expensive! I've used pens for several years and these are the worst .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tombow skin tone Doesn't bleed thru paper. Good product. I bought two other packs on a previous visit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will chew up any and all paper So I've taken the cheaper route with markers before such as using the artist loft alcohol based markers over their pricier Copic counterpart however these are Crayola quality at best. As they are water based they WILL cause any black line work to bleed. You simply can not layer these, which if you're attempting to use them for portraits as they're intended, is absolutely necessary. They will chew up any type of paper you use them on; sketch, marker, and watercolor paper all fell victim to this. Think of it like trying to use markers in a children's coloring book, the paper begins to fall apart almost immediately. Save your money and opt for alcohol based markers instead.
