I had a lung transplant two months ago, I ordered these frames at that time I start having complications with my breathing so needed to be hospitalized for a week. the day i was released from the hospital . you sent me a cancelation notice. So I go the Michael's the next day, and asked them if them can honor the price.  Both the frame and store manager said they couldn't helpis

It was really tight to get the whole thing in the frame. Closing the backing was difficult.

ordered 6 online in store pick up. i get to folding my shirts and framing them and 2 out of 6 break. i noticed 1 was broken after i got it unwrapped. the second i noticed was broken after i got the shirt in and flipped it over. id make the drive back out to cedar park to get an exchange but honestly theyre so freakin cheaply made it aint worth the gas and time to drive back up there just to end up with something more fragile than a fabergé egg! so glad i didnt pay full price, sheesh!

This is slightly larger than 13x13. i wanted to use it as a front for cubby storage but it is too big and now I have a frame for nothing.

I went to hang this on the wall using command strips. once you affirm it to the wall, you remove it and then press the command strips firmly to secure it. the cardboard back tore off, leaving the command strip affixed to the wall. So command strips are fantastic, this POS, not so much

I had a piece of art that is barely over 12" x 12"
I bought this hoping it would fit but did not.

It turns out the frame itself is 13" X 13", not the interior of the frame, which is honestly just deceitful.

The back of the frame was also a flimsy cardstock that was already torn when I received it in the mail.

I repeat, if you were looking for something just over 12" x 12", LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
