Results Not as Expected
From our reading, soda ash helps tee shirts, etc. absorb dye for more vibrant colors. We found the opposite to be the case. The colors we used turned out more faded than previous efforts without soda ash. Will not use again.

I’ve tie dyed many things but never used soda ash in the process until now. Wow! What a difference. Colors are more vibrant. Give it a try!

Great for tie dyes.
Soak your shirts for a better and brighter color. Helps hold color longer. Be sure to pre wash shirts using no fabric softener.

Works great!
We have tie dyed shirts before, but have not had the color be as vibrant. We soaked the shirts without washing first to save time. Then dyed the shirts as instructed. I will use it again!
