We're pleased to offer you a contactless solution for sending and receiving UPS® packages.
HOW TO PICK UP CURBSIDE
Call your store when you arrive. A Team Member will ask for your name, a description of the item(s) you're picking up and a description of your vehicle.
A Team Member will verify your ID at your window and enter "CURBSIDE PICKUP" into the UPS system to sign for your package.
Open your trunk and the Team Member will place your item(s) inside.
HOW TO PICK UP CURBSIDE
Before heading to the store, place the sealed and labeled UPS package(s) you wish to drop off into the trunk of your vehicle.
Call your store when you arrive. A Team Member will ask for your name and a description of your vehicle.
Open your trunk and a Team Member will retrieve and scan your item(s) and verify they are packaged, sealed and labeled correctly.
Before you leave, the Team Member will verify your contact information at your window so they can send you a receipt via text or email.

HOW TO PICK UP
Start by becoming a UPS My Choice® service member here for free. Once you’re a member you can set Michaels as a UPS Access Point® location for your default delivery preference for UPS® delivery of individual packages.
Bring a photo ID with your full name and address. It must be a government-issued ID, and your name and address must match what’s on the package. View ID Requirements
To pick up a package requiring adult signature, you must be 21+, and the address on your government-issued ID must match the original shipping address on the package. Service available only where permitted by law.
HOW TO DROP OFF
Pack your item(s) in an undamaged box (no rips or tears!) with bubble wrap or other recyclable cushioning materials so that the contents of your package don’t directly touch the inside of your shipping box.
Seal your package with packing tape that’s at least 2 inches wide.
Secure your label, with full shipping instructions like postal codes and apartment numbers, to the top of your package. Remove or cross out old labels and markings and avoid placing your label on box seams or tape.
Measure and weigh your package and make sure it doesn’t exceed the max dimensions of 16" x 22" x 21" or the max weight of 44 lbs. Check Your Item’s Eligibility
