Call your store when you arrive. A Team Member will ask for your name, a description of the item(s) you're picking up and a description of your vehicle.
A Team Member will verify your ID at your window and enter "CURBSIDE PICKUP" into the UPS system to sign for your package.
Open your trunk and the Team Member will place your item(s) inside.
Before heading to the store, place the sealed and labeled UPS package(s) you wish to drop off into the trunk of your vehicle.
Call your store when you arrive. A Team Member will ask for your name and a description of your vehicle.
Open your trunk and a Team Member will retrieve and scan your item(s) and verify they are packaged, sealed and labeled correctly.
Before you leave, the Team Member will verify your contact information at your window so they can send you a receipt via text or email.
Keep your packages secure. Direct your packages to Michaels and keep them safe from porch pirates.
Control where your packages are delivered. Send your packages to a Michaels UPS Access Point location that’s close and convenient.

Start by becoming a UPS My Choice® service member here for free. Once you’re a member you can set a Michaels UPS Access Point location as your default delivery preference for UPS, or route individual packages.
Bring a photo ID with your full name and address. It must be a government-issued ID, and your name and address must match what’s on the package. View ID Requirements
Pack your item(s) in an undamaged box (no rips or tears!) with bubble wrap or other recyclable cushioning materials so that the contents of your package don’t directly touch the inside of your shipping box.
Seal your package with packing tape that’s at least 2 inches wide.
Secure your label, with full shipping instructions like postal codes and apartment numbers, to the top of your package. Remove or cross out old labels and markings and avoid placing your label on box seams or tape.
Measure and weigh your package and make sure it doesn’t exceed the max dimensions of 16" x 22" x 21" or the max weight of 44 lbs. Check Your Item’s Eligibility
One of the following identification requirements must be met when you pick up your package at a UPS Access Point® location:
Option 1: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address (including the suite or apartment number, if applicable) on the ID match the last name and full address on the package.
Option 2: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package. If the address on the ID doesn’t match the address on the package, please bring proof of residency that matches the address on the package—for example, a current utility bill.
Option 3: Present a government-issued photo ID where the full address or name on the ID matches the full address or name on the package. If the last name or full address doesn’t match, you will need to provide he package tracking number to the UPS Access Point representative.
Option 4: Present a government-issued photo ID and your shipper-provided package release code (if required).*
*Note: While we’ll notify you on shipment notifications or tracking status updates if you need a code to pick up your package, your shipper will provide the code directly to you. The package release code is a 4-6 digit numerical code that is provided by the shipper and is different from the tracking number.

Except in limited circumstances, packages requiring an adult’s signature are not eligible. A package may also be ineligible as a result of the shipper’s instructions (e.g. request that the shipment go only to the addressee’s home).
