washi tape wine glasses
Dress up your drinks with these party perfect wine glasses.
Step 1 |
Choose the washi tape patterns you want to use for the glasses. |
Step 2 |
Wrap a pattern of washi tape around the glass about 2" from the top. Trim the ends flush where they meet. |
Step 3 |
Cut a piece of washi tape 5-6" long and gently adhere it to a back of a notebook. Write a name on each one near the right end of the tape using the Sharpie® marker. Tip: Writing on the washi strip while the tape is adhered to a softer surface makes it easier to write on the tape than if it was adhered to a hard surface like a table. |
Step 4 |
Gently pull the washi tape from the back of the notebook and adhere it to the stem of the wine glass by wrapping the tape around the stem and pressing the ends together. |
Step 5 |
Trim the ends of the mini banners in a "V". |
Step 6 |
