Does Glow but bad quality
if i could give it less stars i would too bad i can't return it because it was twenty dollars!!!!
there are much better glow powders and glitters elsewhere.

Use a UV LIGHT AND ACTIVATE THE POWDER
I was convinced they didn’t work but a few YouTube videos later I seen I had to activate the powders with light to work but the UV light works best and the fastest!

They do work
I picked these up. Saw the reviews. Then hit them for literally 1 second with a uv light and then turned off all my lights. They glow pretty bright when you allow them to actually take in UV light...

Doesnt work
I bought this glitter tried to make an ashtray and tumbler but it doesn't glow.. tried all three colors and tried using more glitter.. the bottles don't even glow in the dark
