Disappointing
The frame is bright white and the mat is off-white - it's a small detail but extremely annoying. Otherwise these are fine frames for the price, lightweight and basic. Also I ordered 2 2-packs and one came shattered in the first order. Michaels replaced it extremely quickly for no charge, so no complaints on the customer service!

Very bad quality
The frame corners are not closed in, have a space between. Some of the frames had a cracked enamel.

Good quality frame, sturdy wood
These are really good quality frame and it does not look cheap. It's even better than the one they sale at the "Arrow" store. This was rightly priced especially with the promo. I've bought 6 of these. 4 in 11*14 and 2 in 10*8.

You get what you pay for
The quality and craftsmanship is pretty much what you would expect for the price. Not great. Wouldn’t recommend for a gift but ok to frame kids’ artwork in bulk.
