Poor quality control
I bought four of these frames and they were all defective. The defects were obscured by the protective cardboard corners but once I opened each one a new set of flaws emerged. One frame was scratched up with black scuffs. There is also one whose mitered edges had a huge gap and is poorly joined. Another had chips in the wood. All four had poor paint jobs with some paces being transparent to the wood. I've bought these frames before without problems but now I am not sure I will but them again.
