Non-Stock Coating was a godsend!

Great product!
I also bought 2 packs of the giant size muffin liners. This is my new favorite toy. I've made 6 different kinds of muffins since I received the pan 10 days ago. The muffins bake evenly and rise to their rounded tops. I used to make a lot of quick breads, but it is so much more fun to use the same batter in a muffin tin. This one is heavy & sturdy & nothing sticks. Cleans up fast.
