Terrible execution of a good idea
This was a mess. The 3 connectors wouldn't stay clicked together. The notches on the connectors ripped little holes in the individual piping bags so frosting leaked out everywhere, and the the 3 bags were impossible to squeeze evenly (or nearly at all) so colors weren't flowing together. It was unsalvageable.

The instructions are useless. Waste of money. I do thank the people who put somewhat correct directions as how to use this monstrosity. I do not think I will be be keeping these ,waste of money. I had to tape the 3 couplers together, no good. When you squeeze the 3 bags it falls apart. bad product. Especially when the directions are incorrect. I have been frosting cakes for years, never seen a product like this.

Need 3 hands
3-color coupler is very difficult and bulky to use. The bags blew apart and mess everywhere. Took my daughter to screw the ring on while I held it all together. Easier to place lines of frosting on plastic wrap and put that into a bag with no mess.

I wasted my money on this. Terrible product
After all the negative reviews (which I should have looked up first) you would think that Wilton would take it off the shelf. Pain putting it together, finally got it and frosted 3 cupcakes before it blew apart. Tried the technique of using plastic wrap, worked great.

Disaster
I tried the 2 colors/bag . I wanted to make two color ombre roses. What a mess. The icing kept coming out of the third coupler,had to keep stopping to clean it up. After 4 wasted bags and a whole lot of mess I opted to make the roses 2_different colors. I did attempt with a third bag but it was just not manageable. Maybe they should make a 2_bag coupler.

Don't buy this, use another technique
This device does not work! The three bags come out of the coupler when trying to pipe. I threw it all away. There is a technique online that does work. Put three lines of icing on a large piece of saran wrap. Rolled it into a sausage shape and twist the ends. Gently feed into an 18-inch piping bag with the appropriate tip (my husband helped by holding the bag open). Decorate. Amazingly, very little mess when done!

Great, but...
...when I was using it with stiff icing, the bags popped off the couplers, I don't know whether it has to do with the consistency of the icing, or if I cut the decorating bags to wide, but it would be great if the decorating bags included could actually be pre-cut with reinfirced ends, so the couplers wouldn't pop out. But overall, a great product!

Great idea but not practical
Brought this being so excited to use it as I normally fit 3 icings in the one bag to pipe. Trying to hold the 3 pieces together which don't click together and screw on end is a real effort, they are also very sharp and can pierce the bags very easily making a real mess. Also if u want to fill 3 bags it says to use Wilton bag tie *sold separately* to tie the decorating bags together. Should be included in the box as of course I want to use the 3 bags together that is why I brought it.
