Perfect weight for lighter weight garments
I love this yarn. Great to work with. Downside, often sold out, can not even order it. It has 21 color choices, work up very well together, would like some more pastels to add to the palette, not instead of any.

Yay! A Superfine weight yarn in solid colors
I knit a lot of baby items and prefer the finer weight yarns. But so many of the finer weight yarns currently available are dyed multi-colors to produce varigated socks and shawls. The Woolike color palette is wonderful for Fair Isle work without the bulk, but I would love to have a few more pastels added to the color range. BTW, I have at least one skein of each color in my stash, just in case I need it right away.

Great finger weight yarn
My favorite sock yarn. It’s hard to find acrylic sock weight yarn in craft stores. Love this yarn but wish they would update the colors.

Weaving with Woolike Yarn
I know this yarn is advertised for knitting and crochet and I have used it for such, but I absolutely love it for weaving. Shown is a blanket woven on my loom. I come back to Loops & Threads Woolike Yarn time and time again because of its warmth and very soft texture.

Very soft!
YarnSub recommended Woolike yarn as a substitute for the Alize Angora Gold. I've crocheted with the Alize before and felt like it was kind of scratchy. This Woolike is about half the price and I'm in LOVE with how soft it is! I will definitely use this in other shawl patterns. Don't let the price fool you... This is NICE! No splitting and it works up very squishy and good stitch definition. Great yarn!

Great yarn for weaving!
I'm a weaver for almost 40 years and found L&T Woollike Yarn two years ago. I tried it based on the reviews and it is now my favorite yarn. I've used it to weave throws, scarves, blankets, fabric for a hat, and next, a Baja hoodie. This yarn is so soft and warm, and the price is great.

Love this yarn!
I am a natural fibre lover but when i needed to choose a yarn for a baby shawl this was the perfect choice, soft, easy to work with and the perfect smooth texture for my needs. Have bought a lot of it in the last two years in many of the colours my family likes. Everything gets rave reviews from those on the receiving end.

The gold standard of fingering acrylic yarn
I first used this yarn about 6 years ago to make a pair of baby socks. Been hooked ever since. Sometimes I forget about this yarn, and it's unfortunately not great for lace work because it's so soft. But I'm currently knitting a sweater with the yarn held double and it's working up wonderfully. The price is just unbelievable for the yardage and the quality of the yarn. I am fortunate to not run into issues with tangling, though sometimes the yarn can occasionally look frayed and thinned out. It depends on the project, sometimes I will fold the yarn over and knit it double for a few stitches. This is useful on ribbing , garter stitch, or most non-stockinette pattern. Otherwise I will just cut out the thin part and just join with a knot.
The colors are NOT true to how they look on the screen, I choose to view colors elsewhere or in the store if it's not sold out (which it has been recently). Mauve is a gorgeous dark rose color, Purple is a bit of a blurple in natural light, but Lavender is a dark lavender. Golden Yellow is often used in the Wonder Woman scarf so a true golden yellow that can look muted in indoor lighting.

Softest fingering yarn!
I was so worried that I was going to get some coarse, scratchy, cheap fingering yarn, and I am so glad to be proven wrong. This yarn is the softest fingering yarn I have ever used! It has beautiful color choices and definitely worth the price. I love this yarn and will be buying more.

crochet tops or skirts
I make myself a top for my 35 birthday. It's been washed at least 5 times now. It still looks great! It's soft and the colors go perfect with each other ( I love mixing them up in things I make.) It has a nice stretch to it and when you mess up, it has resilience then starting over.

Don't waste your $$
I should’ve known better than to make socks out of such inexpensive yarn, especially when I started working with it and I noticed mild pilling. But I’m an optimist, it was soft. Used per care instructions. Within a couple of months, severe pills, there are going to be holes in several places because it’s just on its last thread, when I turned them inside out there were these huge pads of matting! Just gross! I’ve made many pair of socks and never had this happen. I was told by customer service to just leave a review, so that’s what I’m doing!

Easy care
I've used Woolike yarn to crochet a few scarves and have been very pleased with its softness and how well my scarves have retained their new appearance after several trips through the washer and dryer.

Super soft, beautiful drape
Fine yarn. Many colors available. I've made argyles socks for my husband, a shawl & am knitting a sweater for myself (with many colors!!). Sometimes, the yarn will split when picking up dropped stitches. Also, it meshes together well, so it's sometimes difficult to tear out mistakes. Had an extremely soft hand & drapes beautifully!

So tangled, I can’t even rewind it.
I have a yarn winder, not only for the yarns that come in hanks, but for cheaper yarns that aren’t wound well. Usually, I can rewind a poorly wound skein from the outside with no issue. I bought three skeins, all nearly impossible to rewind. Two of the three were so bad that I lost at least a third of the skein to tangles that were so bad that untangling damaged the yarn beyond repair. I spent the better part of a day trying to salvage the yarn. Skip this one.

Love yarn
Love to make socks with this yarn. I beat the tangles by rewinding the ball from the outside. I place it in a large jar and wind carefully onto my ball winder. Works great for the most part.

I love this yarn, BUT...
I love the weight, the feel, the colors and how lovely it works up but twice now I've gotten skeins that were so tangled that I had to actually cut and splice the yarn while winding into a cake so that I could use it. This last time, it took 4 1/2 hours of detangling to get a useable cake of yarn! And at that, there are dozens of splices. Not happy!

Great Yarn!
I love this yarn. You have to bring it back.It feels so soft to the touch and it knits like a dream. The tangle in the middle is not usually a problem if you pull out some of it to begin with and keep it all loose when you pull the yarn while knitting. Please don't stop making this yarn!

Great wool substitute but tangles easily
Incredibly soft acrylic, but looks and drapes like wool. As others have mentioned, the inside of the skeins is always a tangled mess. I've had some success with pulling the tangle out of the middle of the skein and then winding that yarn around the outside of the skein, vs. trying to find the end and untangle.

Garbage
True garbage. These geniuses don't even take the time to put it into a skein. They wind the outer part around an absolute mess on the inside. It will take you hours to get it untangled.

Nice lightweight yarn
I use this yarn all the time, everyone who has something from it loves the soft texture and overall performance. It is important to remember this is a low cost yarn. I use a Passip knitting machine and have to rewind every skein. I find more knots and problems with this yarn than any other I have ever used. If you hand knit or use a michine, use this yarn only if you dont mind the knots and want a good final product.

Favorite yarn for ease of use and appearance.
I have made a shawl, scarf and wrist warmers And am starting another shawl. They all look beautuful and professionally done. I have “did you make that” comments for other items but I think everyone assumes these were machine knit. And they are very surprised when I tell them I did t myself.

Lovely yarn with a hitch
This yarn is so lovely to knit with. It is extremely thin and drapes beautifully.
The down side is that I believe there is a yarn gremlin inside each and every skein. Late at night, while you are sleeping, this gremlin gnaws and chews deep within causing a huge tangled mess!
The frustration will be beyond anything you have experienced before but you will be left with a beautiful knitted item at a very reasonable price should you choose to continue :P

Perfect for so many items.
I absolutely love this yarn. It is my go to yarn for socks, gloves and shawls. I love the fact that its acrylic and comes in so many colors. You can not beat the price for so much yardage. It really is a very nice yarn.

Fanstastic quality for beginners
I made my first crochet cardigan with this yarn, it's very soft and easy to work with. Beyond pleased that I made a real piece of clothing with yarn this inexpensive. I had a little trouble with blocking, it seemed to curl back up on the edges, but that may be due to my novice status. I will buy again. I see reviews about trouble with center pull and tangles - I worked from the outside of the skein and had zero issues.

Two balls were enough to make a light cardigan with cap sleeves. Very fine yarn - drapes beautifully. I'm buying several colours now!
