cutting straight edges
Works great for cutting straight and clean edges on bulletin boards. This worked a lot better than using a pair of scissors, or having weird edges or a jagged edge.

A good buy for stencil work
I put my knife through its paces and it kept cutting. Sharp right out the box simple and not a flimsy blade. Where my issue is when cutting my blade down I notice the only thing holding the back on, is friction from two 1 cm nipples which is okay. But a locking mechanism would be nice and make the product last longer

I was apprehensive to use it for sharpening my graphite pencils for an art class. I found it safe and easy to use. I really like sharpening my pencils this way. It allows me to have long graphite tip. I need more practice to make my pencils look as nice as my teacher’s pencil.

Great for Hobbies
I use this to cut corrugated cardboard, mainly. It is so much more compact than a utility knife and so much tougher than my regular X-Acto. It is not for detailed things. It works better than a utility knife for scoring things, which I need it to do, I just wish that I could find replacement blades for it!
