I ordered 6 packs and each pack had at least one cracked frame. The glass shifts significantly too. I went to the store for an exchange and was basically called a liar. The manager said he found it hard to believe that they arrived damaged when the corners were padded with cardboard. I pulled a pack off their store shelf and opened it and 2 of the frames were damaged. The manager then told me that he was not going to open each pack just to satisfy me. Ok, thanks for the fantastic customer service. I will NOT be repurchasing or returning to this store.

Very cheap quality. An entire set of 4 I ordered were delivered all smashed up. Quality is very poor. Am disappointed. The plastic covers have a film on it too that doesn’t all come off when try to clean it.

I do not recommend these frames.  They are very poorly made - the plastc frames have small bumps on the inside of the frame that cannot be removed and are visible when you look at whatever you have put in the frame.  The glass is impossible to clean due to the quality of the frame and how the glass rubs against the plastic - its not secured well so it slides and rubs too much. The plastic frame has smudges and spots that do not come off so the overall appearance of the frame itself looks cheap, which makes whatever you put in the frame also look cheap.

I've bought countless Studio Decor shadow boxes in all various sizes and colors, including this size and color, for the past 3 years. My last purchase of this brand/size was some months back. I've been waiting to find this specific size and color to be back in stock, in-store, for more than a month. The frames I got with this recent purchase were definitely not of the same quality. The backing of these shadow boxes are SO FLIMSY.  Previous ones purchased had a hard, sturdy backing with metal hanging hardware. The backing of this new pack feels a smidge thicker than a cereal box and is easily bendable. I use these for crafting and sell what I craft, using these shadow boxes.  Purchasing and opening this pack that is of such lower quality is pretty disappointing.

its flimsy, a few of mine the glass rattled all around its loose, the backing is really thin like cardboard. my husband said babe did you get these from the dollar store i said no michaels he said wow !!!!!!

I don't know how they can even sell these. I bought 3 packs and EVERY single frame has a ding, scratch, or stain on it. I make flower shadow boxes and I cannot in good faith sell these to my customers. I am returning them.
