works great. it has glass cover top so had to figure out what to do with it since i a was s framing a canvas and had no need for that. it frames work nicely

should have read the reviews. it is plastic not glass. and the full size is 18x22. not 16x20. buyer beware.

I asked Michaels to remove the false information that says "Thick layer of glass protects your image" but they have not done so. DO NOT BUY this product.

The item description states: “Thick layer of glass protects your image”, but when I took off the plastic wrap to frame my gallery art purchase, I came to find out that it is plastic! Very disappointing…I do not like false or misleading info when I am making a purchase. Plastic/acrylic will scratch much easier than glass.

DO NOT BUY! It says "Thick layer of glass protects your image" but it is plastic!!!

Last December I ordered 2 of these frames.  They arrived as promised but, even though there was no sign of damage on the package, one of the "glasses" (which are really a piece of plastic) was broken.  This tells me it was already broken when it was packed.

I'm a portrait artist and I love these frames BUT the 16x20" frames only come with Plexiglass so I haven't ordered them in a while. I saw the new style, that size comes with mats now, and description says it comes with glass so I stocked up on sale. Still Plexiglass. I'm disappointed. Now I will have to buy replacement glass which costs more than these frames did.

These are very nice frames. I ordered three, received two. I was a little disappointed to see a small nick on one of the two frames. Still waiting for the third one to arrive.
