The yarn balla were just thrown in a cardboard box with plastic wrapping and one of the yarn balls was missing its wrapper.  They were packed without care

After i started my project i opened the green and see that it wasn't bernat baby softee but snuggly wuggly douce accolade.  i just hope that it works for me continuing with this. very disappointed

This yarn is super soft and it makes beautiful baby items, but the reason I only give it 4/5 stars is because out of the 9 skeins that I bought, 8 were SO frustrating getting started. I could find the outer end easily, but I prefer to pull from the middle. I usually dont have much of an issue, but this yarn gave me such a headache getting started. I feel like this is a manufacturing problem that could be so easily fixed.
