Inexpensive for experimenting!
I wanted to try felting for my crocheted amigurumi dolls and just wanted the needles without spending a fortune in case I failed. This was a great starter kit as it comes with 2 needles that have held up and get the job done. I haven't used the foam block since it's not necessary for my craft. So if you need just needles for felting, I recommend this as an inexpensive product.

The foam block will last a few times and you will have to dispose of it. Better to spend extra money and get the brush type block.
