The photo shows brass screws/hardware. I ordered 6 hoops and they have silver hardware.

Good Quality
I really like the Michaels brand hoops. I compared them to hoops from other craft stores and these are better made. They are sanded down and won't snag on fabric.

Fair Quality- Blue tape difficult to remove
Great for a budget minded crafter but the blue tape and price sticker were hard to remove.

Great hoop except for the awful blue wrapper
Love the hoop except for that terrible blue coating they put on the silver part. It’s next to impossible to get it off!! So frustrating.

Not very good quality
I was expecting a gold screw as pictured, but when I got them they had big silver thumb screws and the blue plastic was very hard to get off. The wood was also broken and lifting up. I was disappointed and unfortunately had to send them all back since I couldn’t use them.
