About 10 years ago, when my children didn't need me so much anymore, I decided to take the Wilton cake decorating classes. I fell in love! So, for the next 3 years, I made a LOT of cakes out of my home and learned a LOT. Then, my first grandchild came along, and I took a little break from baking so much to spend time with my new little family. I am still on a mini hiatus from baking cakes...just baking occasionally for family and friends. However, during my little break, I realized that I LOVE to work with.
