My love for fluid arts started 45 years ago when our art teacher, Joy Trunzo, opened our eyes to being exploring art by using different mediums to showcase our creative energy. It wasn't until my recent heart attack and forced retirement that I desperately needed a creative outlet to help manage my depression and found a way to destress. I practice my art as a form of meditation and share my fluid art designs with my community.
