Just place the Rosy Pad in your underwear and fasten flaps together underneath with the snap. When you're finished using it, rinse it out in cold water and hang to dry until the next time you do a cold water wash. They're machine washable and dryer safe! The more you wash Rosy Pads, the softer they become. You can even iron them to keep them super flat if you like. Just set the iron on the lower settings. Cloth pads are gentle on your skin and gentle on the environment. They don't smell. Disposable pads smell because of the chemicals in them. One Rosy Pad can replace around 150 disposables.
